Subject Description

The Sports Performance course aims to develop individual performance, leadership and self-management skills. Students can achieve credits via achievement and unit standards. A highly practical course where students participate in a range of activities such as rock climbing, tramping, kayaking, circuit training. Students are also expected to work together to help facilitate sporting events. If you enjoy exercise, working in groups and being in the outdoors then this course is for you.
Activewear is important as you will take part in a range of training methods to improve various aspects of fitness.
