Level 3 English: English in Aotearoa

In this course, students explore literature from Aotearoa and the Pacific, critically responding to the different ways in which we tell stories of ourselves and the world around us. Following on from Level 2, this course focuses on the appreciation of literature and our communities.

Only students engaged in learning and achievement derived from Te Marautanga o Aotearoa are eligible to be awarded these subjects as part of the requirement for 14 credits in each of three subjects.

and the final decision is at the discretion of the Head of Learning Area for that subject.
