Level 3 Digital Technologies
Subject Description
Teacher in Charge: Ms M. Davies.
The 13 Digital Technologies course enables you to follow your interests and passions in Digital Technologies, as part of the Technology project. There is some flexibility for you to select which standards you do, in consultation with the teacher.
Currently the course includes critical inquiry, conceptual design, using digital media to make a solution, and computer science. All the internal achievement standards are rolled into the Technology project, and what you make is up to you.
Computer Science is the focus of the external achievement standard, and you can choose which topic you investigate such as computer vision, big data and computer graphics.
