Nau mai, haere mai and welcome to Food Technology! In this course we cover all you the basics of what you need to know about Food Technology.
This year we have covered healthy eating choices, knife skills, cooking hygiene, safety in the kitchen, baking among other things.
We have cooked this year: Chicken wraps, Veggie wraps, Wedges, Stir Fry, Muffins, Cinnamon Rolls, and next we are looking at pastry.
