The Sports Performance course aims to develop leadership and self-management skills. Students can achieve credits via Achievement and Unit Standards. A highly practical course where students participate in a range of activities such as rock climbing, tramping, kayaking, circuit training. Students are also expected to work together to help facilitate sporting events. If you enjoy exercise, working in groups and being in the outdoors then this course is for you.
